The Game

Story and overview of Everlasting Summer

The story in short

Semyon is an ordinary guy. One day he dozes off on a bus in the middle of winter—and wakes up in the heat of summer at Sovyonok, a Soviet-era pioneer camp. He has no idea how he got there. To understand what is going on, he must get to know the camp’s inhabitants, make friends (or more), and piece together the camp’s secrets—and perhaps find out whether he even wants to return home.

The game plays out over roughly a week at the camp. Your choices in dialogue and key moments determine which character’s route you follow and which ending you get. There are over a dozen endings, so replaying and trying different choices is part of the experience.
